The add-in "C:\PROGRA^1\spambl^^1\bIN\484^^1. 0\SBOLEExt.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.
Whenever I try to email a page I have read on the internet I get the above message. I am using Outlook Express for my email. Do you know how to fix? Thanks
